What is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO)?

PEO's enter into a "co-employment" status with client companies to share the responsibilities and liabilities for work-site employees while also allowing "co-employees" access to PEO's large group benefits. Full Time W-2 employment status IS required for access to benefits. More on the co-employer relationship.
